What Makes Us Different
Our warm, welcoming waiting area feels more like a living room, with comfortable couches, complimentary drinks and the friendly engagement of our dedicated staff. The short time you spend waiting to enter the exam room will be spent sharing stories and laughs with our care team. We want you and your pet to feel as though you are a part of our extended family, because you are!
The patients we serve include all manner of small household pets, from traditional dogs and cats to pocket pets, such as hamsters and guinea pigs. We also provide comprehensive care to birds, reptiles and exotic animals. We recognize that animal companions come in all shapes, sizes and species, and we love each and every critter that walks, crawls, slithers or flies through our doors. If they’re special to you, they’re special to us!
What sets us apart from other clinics in the Diamond Bar and Walnut area is how we treat our clients – as an important part of their pet’s health care team. We work efficiently, yet we’ll go out of our way to make sure that you never feel rushed, unheard or unappreciated. We’ll always take the time to answer your questions, discuss your concerns and educate you on all of your options. We want to help you make the best decisions possible for you, your family and your animal friend, even if that decision doesn’t improve our bottom line! The health and happiness of your pet is more important to us.
We also focus on patient comfort, because the more at ease your pet feels, the more effective and precise the level of care we can provide. It’s not unusual to see a member of our staff get right down on the floor to offer a belly rub or extra scratch behind the ear, or to cuddle with an animal that may be feeling especially anxious. When all else fails, we’re not afraid to use treats to sweeten the pot! Whatever it takes to make trips to the vet not just tolerable, but something your pet actually looks forward to!
Along with our veterinary care services, we also support our community by hosting interns from various veterinary technician programs and mentor students of all ages. Our team has volunteered to assist with the local Animal Control department and has participated in Spay Day. We also routinely donate complimentary exams to local non-profits. Homeless pets have a special place in our hearts, which is why you’ll often see us gathering materials for animals in need and working hard to find them safe, loving, “furever” homes.
Whether you’re new to the neighborhood, recently welcomed a new animal family member or you’re just looking for an experienced vet that will treat you and your pet with the respect and compassion you both deserve, we invite you to come in and give us a try. Once you experience what a difference customized care and personal service can truly make, we’re confident that you’ll want to call us your veterinary partner for life! We look forward to meeting you!
